I'm enjoying #turkey week and used the carcass to make bone broth today. I've enjoyed so many delicious meals already from one bird. Also related to cooking, I've been on a mission to find ingredients for Indian roti/flatbread, and I had the chance on Monday when I was #doorknocking in the area for the #YEG civic election.
Lots of #sewing is occurring, and I'm all packed up for a 3-day retreat this coming weekend.
Grandkid time is happening, and tomorrow will be a museum visit since the province's teachers are locked out.
And finally, I am doing a lot of #LanguageLearning, with a daily challenge, a weekly class and a language group. Even the #Duolingo reviews are proving to be very helpful.
