So recently I've been going down the rabbit hole of old school surround systems, namely the "Dolby Surround" standard from the 80s and 90s and it's GENUINELY fascinating (and frankly ingenious) how it works...

This has led me at eyeing a Marrentz Pro-Logic (1) decoder and a few speakers and incorporate it into my entertainment setup, and use some splitter trickery so I can keep my Wharfedale soundbar that is connected to my TV for the front channels, and the processor only connected to the rear speakers. 😅
