"Denmark Switches - take back control of your digital life'
A nice information stand at the library in the run-up to Skiftedagen, 'Big Switch From Big Tech Day', on Friday.
'Settle in. Read the step-by-step guides to switching things like your browser, mail and search engine. Be inspired. See other people's digital resolutions. Share yours.'
Kind of the librarians to put out cosy armchairs so you can make yourself comfortable as you make the switch.
Never mind the Penny Black. There's a stamp with my library on it.
Just when I thought I couldn't love the library's Christmas tree even more, I read the sign.
'Come and pluck our book tree! Between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. on the 22nd, you can pick free books from our Christmas tree and give them a new home. Bring a bag - enjoy your new reads!'
Liebling, ich habe das Auto versenkt.

The library is having a book sale on Wednesday and Thursday.
Now amn't I very righteous and virtuous to be telling you that? I mean, it's every reader for herself at the jumble tables. The Reader Games. What if I tell someone and they get there before me and beat me to the books I want? Anyway, you're the third person I've shared the dates with today, so that's my good deed for this year done.
Got a sunflower lanyard at #Dokk1. It's the international signal for invisible disabilities.
It wasn't as smooth as I hoped for. There was nobody at the info desk of borgerservice. Thankfully the people at the info desk of the library told me that I just need to stand there and someone will come. That worked and I got the lanyard without having to explain myself. That was nice. https://aarhus.dk/borger/borgerservice/solsikkesnoren #Aarhus
"Mad der forbinder: Gratis workshop viser vejen til det klimavenlige køkken...
I Verdensrummet under #Dokk1 lærer deltagere at lave mad af lokale råvarer - og finder et fællesskab, der gør det lettere at ændre vaner i en bæredygtig retning."
En journaliststuderende besøgte mit seneste workshop og skrev en rigtig fin artikel om det 💚 Nogle gange er det virkelig dejligt, at se hvad man laver igennem en andens øjne ✨
