Training plan said 1 hour easy run. I leashed up River and we hit the hill for over 900 ft of elevation gain. It would have been perfect running weather if it wasn’t for the wind dropping the temp by 10 degrees.

The surprise benefit of living on a hill is that when it’s cold and forecast calls for rain you actually get snow which is so much better to run in especially when it isn’t quite cold enough to stick to the ground. And running with River makes the cold, wind, and snow better.
