There’s an early scene where teachers give their students the hard sell on their education saying it “will never depreciate in value”. Gut response was feeling sorry for these kids before doing the math: I’m these kids! One semester at CSU Northridge saw a bit of chaos as admissions froze and only after accepting more new students than the school could hold. I remember a history teacher screaming at us for coming to class instead of joining our peers outside the admin building. He was replaced by a substitute a couple weeks later.  Watching students voice their frustration with the
