2021 年 12 月末起，有零星 Hostloc 用户报告称自己的域名在部分地区被 DNS 劫持到 182.43.124.6 及 39.102.194.95 。劫持到这两个 IP 的 HTTP 站点会提示「您访问的网站/网页存在诈骗风险」。

該網民還反饋稱少部分網站在多次撥打客服電話投訴後得以解封，但涉及書籍、電影等出版物的網站則未能得到豁免。
此外，相關客服答覆稱沒有被通知該現象將持續至何時，該網民推測可能會長期存在。
據悉，由於該白名單由網路商直接設置，使用該服務的用户即使沒有安裝任何相關程式也會受到影響。
