Installed the correct USB drivers but when trying to connect the radios to the computer *cough cough* Windoze tells me "bkrwbl.sys does not pass the Windows driver policy". Today has been a #NerdOut day so far.
- Upgraded my #DMR hotspot's OS and software, and tested the new versions.
- Hacked a YI-Home #camera to do #RTSP so I could connect it to my ZoneMinder instance. (this was really a repair that's been months needed, but since it's only monitoring a 3D printer, it wasn't high priority.
- Upgraded the OSs on all the #ProxMox servers
- Hacking a #Pi 3B+ to add a PCI-E lane (off the SoC) and to fully boot off USB. I know it'll boot off USB natively, but I've got to play games with this one because of the PCI-E hack and because the SD card reader is... intermittent at best.
Not really in the mood to play radio today, but that's because I'm actually succeeding in these other projects... and the bands have been crap here, anyway.

Gary @N8DMTWith the mobile update completed, time for a set of portables. Added the new Indy-FM zone with repeaters from RepeaterBook (same list as mobile) and updated the DMR contacts list. Portable B completed. Only Portable A remains (will update next). Now ready for the next road trip (and getting out of the car at the far end). Will eventually add the EM69 DMR repeaters, but just starting with the easy FM repeaters today…

Temporarily avoiding the horrors of the world (and latest #$%!! from Microsoft) by updating programming for the Anytone AT-D578 tri-band mobile. Added a new zone for central Indiana to be ready for the next trip down to EM69. Used RepeaterBook to add 68 new channels into the Indy-FM zone. Also updated the DMR contacts list while I had the radio in the house and connected to the Win11 Ham PC. Ready for the next road trip! #HamRadio #FM #DMR
