Torabhaig distillery on Skye. Their whiskies are coming along very nicely indeed. Well worth a visit - a little quicker to get to from the mainland if travelling by car than Talisker(!) - and the warmest welcome. We got a personal tour, they’ve only been going since 2017 and the way they’ve adapted the old farm buildings is ingenious and makes for an excellent tour.
