It has been the most striking feature of current #political #repression in #Germany: #police #brutalizing #protesters with #extreme force. Especially in #Berlin, police violence against political #dissidents has become a regular occurrence. But what is behind this violence?

Anabel from the #Arrest #Documentation #Unit (ADU) will be joining R A R #live in the #studio to discuss the specific role and function that police violence fulfills within systemic #state repression in Germany today, starting with the repression of #Palestine #solidarity and expanding from #climate #activism to the police violence against #anti-AfD protesters in #Gießen this weekend.

ADU is one of the publishers of the report Repression Against Palestine Solidarity in Germany, which describes in great detail the different forms of repression utilized by the German state against Palestine solidarity protesters.
