This land has been home to my family for five generations. It has been home to the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people for tens of thousands of years.

My ancestors came here as part of a colonial project. Our enjoyment of this land rests on the forcible dispossession of its traditional owners. Sovereignty was never ceded.
