A6: When the Shrike destroyed the shuttle docked at Beverly's ship Eleos, that was a very careful and precise strike.

However, the Shrike later flung the Eleos into the Titan. There is every chance Vedic could have killed Jack with that move and failed her mission, so maybe not quite as surgical as she tells herself.🤷‍♂️

Good intimidation factor tho.👍

A7: It's interesting the way the question is phrased. #Picard never wanted to give Jack over to Vedic, but once he found out that Jack was his son both he and Shaw were suddenly willing to use their authority to save him.

It's very un-Star-Fleet.😖

Contrast this with #StarTrekDS9 #CallToArms, where Sisko made it a point that he could not go back to DS9 after the evacuation to rescue Jake and jeopardize the crew of the Defiant.
