Reading "The Minimalist Woodworker" by Vic Tesolin, and just about started crying when he recommends *against* measuring with numbers and using math, recommending instead a referential system, marking things off the piece directly. Avoiding math-induced errors.

I like this book a lot and will be looking for more guides that focus on the concepts it does.

Y no veas la cantidad de problemas me genera.

Desde pequeña cuando veo muchos números juntos me entra ansiedad... Y en vez de corazón, parece que tengo una banda de tambores dentro.

Y justo ahora para los trabajadores autónomos en España es mala fecha: nos han cambiado la cuota de cotización y tenemos que hacer nuestra previsión de rendimientos.

If you're a private practitioner, do you find you should or do charge more for the extra time it takes you to write up your notes?
