Named the Harvard Classification after the university, her tremendous contribution was less visible. π§΅

Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentee. This marks the sixth year of the program, and we are deeply grateful for the continued support from our community. The program features mentoring pods, which are small groups designed to facilitate meaningful interactions between mentees and mentors. The goal is to support disabled individuals in STEM by guiding essential soft skills such as interviewing, writing personal statements, networking, and navigating academic or professional environments. This opportunity is open to individuals who identify as disabled and are pursuing a STEM field. Mentors are volunteers who are committed to supporting the success of disabled individuals in STEM. While some mentors may also identify as disabled, others are dedicated allies. Please note that we cannot guarantee a mentor in your specific field, but the program is designed to foster valuable learning and connections across disciplines. Mentors may have limited availability throughout the year due to their volunteer status. Mentoring pods are expected to meet monthly and collaboratively set goals and tasks. These may include reading assignments, attending conferences, conducting informational interviews, or other activities tailored to the needs and interests of the pod members. Each pod is encouraged to customize its experience to best support its participants. Matches will be made in January and communicated via email. Participants will also be invited to join our Slack workspace to connect with others in the program.
