The good folks at #LaLaLandRecords have released the 55th Anniversary edition of the #DiamondsAreForever soundtrack.

I had heard that co-producer Harry Saltzman didn't like the theme tune, claiming it was "too dirty." (Well, for 1971, anyway.)

Obviously, I get the symbolism of the song but, his assessment seemed unwarranted.

The new release contains an alternate version sung by Shirley Bassey, inlcuding the lyrics
