Bin gerade am #Plätzchen-#Backen. Zum Rezept gehört geriebene #Orangenschale, und weil ich mir beim manuellen Reiben gerne die Finger kaputtmache🤒, habe ich die geriebene Orangenschale fertig gekauft.
Blut und Mensch gehören nämlich entschieden nicht zum Rezept. 😉

Soweit, so gut - aber daß die "geriebene Orangenschale" eines namhaften Herstellers zu über 60% aus #Dextrose besteht, hätte ich nicht erwartet...
