Been playing with #gTile for window management, which works, but I find myself moving the same windows to the same places over and over. What I really wanted was for certain windows to always open in specific locations by default.

Came across #devilspie2, which addresses the need nicely. After studying the config file options, and adding it to my startup applications, I am very pleased with the results.

Thoughts on simpler/better options?

Finally received my #NitroPad NV41 and #NitroKey so I could get started with #QubesOS! Absolutely having a blast going through the whole Qubes documentation and geeking out.

The only annoyance is suspend and hibernation not functioning so far.. But auto-start of qubes and internal apps, paired with #devilspie2, helps to quickly get started after booting, at least.
