Going to try to make #deviled #eggs. While I've never mode it before I have hard boiled eggs before.

My usual method of boiling eggs is to put the eggs in cold water, put in on the heat. When it's start boiling take it off the head & let the eggs sit there until room temperature.

While this works well, it makes peeling them hard. Deviled eggs need to look pretty.

So, get the water boiling, but the eggs in for about 10 minutes. Then ice bath them. This should get the shells to peel easy.
