December 2024: lunch at Via 313 pizza. Favorite Detroit style pizza I’ve found so far. I’m a pepperoni fiend and they got the crisp just right, and their menu had a huge variety which is going to bring me back just like Ben and Jerry’s. Desserts were more just above par, better to save room for the main dishes.

Tried a different recipe/technique for Detroit style pizza tonight. Worked out pretty good. Next time need to let the crust go a bit longer. Still, turned out pretty great for a first try, and less fiddly than my current Jets clone recipe.
