This week's #DetectiveConan episode was a...7.5-ish? out of 10 for me. I've gotta admit, the concept is rather fun, it's mainly got the lower rating because this episode was basically just setup, and while I have my SUSPICIONS as to who the culprit is among the suspects, I'm not going to say who it is until the next episode airs, as I don't want to act like it'll FOR SURE be this person, only for the series to throw a curveball at me and have it turn out it's someone else.

This week's Detective Conan episode sees Conan, Ran, and Kogoro going to an art museum dedicated to spiral-themed art. Of course, a mystery happens while they're there... a murder mystery.

The first half of this two-parter sets things up. I can't wait to see what happens next week.

The Vermouth Arc was the best Era of the Detective Conan Anime.

Interestingly I could almost argue that this Arc’s Kishotenketsu structure correlates to its episodes that aired in Gregorian Calendar years...

This week's #DetectiveConan episode was a nice way to conclude the case. I feel like I already expressed my thoughts about this case adequately last week, and I can't think of anything to add on to it.

Next week is the first part of an anime original case, and just based on what I saw in the preview, I'm intrigued as to what will come in it. Yes, it'll have absolutely no bearing on the main plot, but that doesn't mean that it can't be a fun time! :]

This week's Detective Conan episode wrapped up the murder mystery.

Hakuba and the disguised Kaito Kid (with help from Conan) solve the case... but it also looked like Hakuba might have figured out the truth about Conan.

This week's episode set a high bar that next week's episode may not reach.
