It's Roy's 40th Anniversary with a lead strip that outlines the Retcon of the 3 Roys - 90's Rocky, classic Roy Race of the 70's and 80's, and Grandpa Roy from the 50's.
I guess we have a 4th Roy now - I wonder where he fits into the timeline.
