Our new paper on the #predictability of high growth enterprises (#HGEs) in real time is out in #Entrepreneurship #Theory & #Practice (#ETP).

We use #machinelearning #methods to predict #HGEs three years ahead, and incorporate a #budget #constraint to the #prediction #problem.
