Ah ah les algos de YT se défoncent ce matin: Sundar Pichai me propose une étude sociologique du dossier Epstein en étudiant les liens entre: "organized religion, patriarchy, white supremacy and capitalism" 👍

WIN! no death penalty for Luigi Mangione https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7Erymzlo7o

this US gun-toting prepper just posted a call to arms. The tide is turning (maybe).
He's even using terms like 'working class' 👍 This is a Luigi moment.

You know what? You're right. I actually LIKE doing things this way. I LOVE having to manually screenshot websites, transcribe their contents to spreadsheets, develop formulas for likely costs that also respect the plan rules --- knowing that these are only the baseline rules and that The Rulebook is what's actually legally binding (and the rule book is several hundred pages) --- all while gambling with whether or not I'll end up in the ER, whether or not I'll have expensive tests, whether or not a new problem will crop up that I hadn't anticipated, etc.
AND I didn't include all of my providers, just the crucial ones. AND the same story for meds.
This is fucking insanity. Burn this system to the god damned ground and build universal, single-payer, free-at-point-of-service Medicare for All.

Now that the #democrats have decided to do what democrats do --- betray the working class, but with rainbows --- I am finally looking at *genuinely comparable* health insurance coverage for 2026. That means:
* PCP covered (because diabetes)
* Specialists covered (because weird chronic illness)
* Hospital covered (because, given my conditions, odds are very good that I'll spend at least a week there every year)
* Meds covered (because the plan does no good without meds)
* Low deductible (because a high deductible means I can't pay)
* Low out-of-pocket maximum (because a high OOPM means I get to deal with bills upon bills even after insurance is through)
And... the prices bottom out at 314.04 USD, AFTER the tax credits --- which, I suspect, aren't actually going to be there. Even if they are sticking around, and these are different credits from the ones that are expiring, then that's STILL a 4x increase in monthly costs.
So... it's basically I either pay for car insurance or pay for health care.
Yay.
edit: #DenyDefendDepose, obviously.
