Wohlgemerkt: der ausgetauschte Akku ging am 27.12. per UPS zurück.
Eben wieder mit Dell telefoniert, wieder Bilder vom nun eingebauten Akku gemacht, vom BIOS und der Diagnoseanzeige.
Nun wird "intern geprüft".
Ich bekomme bestimmt die 4 Monate seit Beginn der Odyssee noch voll.

Am 20.11. dann die Nachricht "laut der internen Abteilung kann die Bestellung nicht versendet werden, weil es falsch gebucht ist."
Die Bestellung wird neu ins System eingegeben.
Heute (05.12.): der Akku ist immernoch nicht da. Kontakt zum Service.
Die Antwort ist: "ich habe es kontrolliert und gesehen,dass es immer noch in Bearbeitung ist, es wurde schon eskaliert."
Mal sehen, ob ich den Akku noch dieses Jahr bekomme...
