Don't ever use #Delimiter for #webhosting . My server is STILL down after they "fixed" this and supposedly replaced the motherboard multiple times. Support doesn't respond at all, either.

@taiz I used to run an instance, then left the Fediverse but also left my instance going for its bots. Then #Delimiter decided do "upgrade the BIOS firmware" and I lost all access to it indefinitely. Several support tickets ignored later, including some to terminate my service, and I did a credit chargeback against them to finally catch their attention. Only then did they finally terminated my service.

What a sleazy, shitty company. I can't believe anybody would ever consider them when they can't even maintain hardware properly, and won't admit when they fuck up.

@kaniini @moonman That stinks. At the size #Delimiter seemed to be, there should be a physical building with a street address and landline telephones. Instead, they seem really fly-by-night now. You may consider canceling the credit card, so they can't keep billing during the (presumed permanent) outage.
