It's a little sad that women in electronic music aren't always recognized, even though there are many pioneers within the industry. Things have been changing, thankfully, but there's still a long way to go.
Today I want to share a piece by #DeliaDerbyshire. Perhaps her name doesn't ring a bell, but I'm sure you've heard of the classic #DoctorWho theme. It was produced by her and Ron Grainer, of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.
