Addiction Mitigation Strategy: In your own head or on paper (which usually is best, even if you burn it), define the positive outcome you would like from not doing that thing. For me, it helps to work toward something, not away from something. Running away makes me do dumber things. #addiction #recovery
Fynn🗑️ Finally deleted #instagram yesterday after going through the unnecessarily (and surely intentionally) slow "export your data" process several times because I kept missing the 4-day window that the download link was made available.
