How Circular is the #Circular #Economy?
The fourth volume in a series of books opening up #Lowtech #Magazine’s archive by theme

In this series of articles, LOW←TECH MAGAZINE explores how the #circularity of various #technologies like #bicycles, #solar panels, and #wind #turbines evolves. Placing the #recycling of resources in a historical context makes clear that we are not moving toward a #circulareconomy but rather increasingly away from it.

zine of Millie EX is now all up on itch, for posterity/archival reasons. I did some fun #decker danger zone magic to bundle it all up in one html file with a custom menu https://micpp.itch.io/zine-of-millie-ex-compilation

Zine of Millie EX5, the final issue in the EX series of my long-running #Decker e-zine, is now in existence for you to read. Please read it and talk to me about it and such! Things be rough but I did make the thing!

I made a slight update to my Decker recreation of the original Doom's "screen-melting" transition animation - now it's sufficiently optimised that it can animate 1-pixel-wide strips falling down, instead of 2-pixel or 4-pixel-wide strips. The default is still 2-pixel, though, to avoid dropping frames on slower computers.

Really satisfied with the new design for the maze, with a more commodore 64 look. Changed some colors as well and I think it looks much better that way!

I made a little point-and-click visual novel...   Explore a conservatory on a dark, rainy day to help a (sorta) grandpa (sorta) vampire (sorta) find his stolen memory. It's about 20-30 minutes long; free to read and playable in browser!!

Decided to make some small changes to the maze in my game and trying to have a more retro look. Which version do you prefer?
