Take Care and Control is probably the last really good Di6 album? Since it was released in 1998, I have kind of lost hope of anything more on this level.
Albin Julius had a lot of impact on the material, with some really great, bombastic martial industrial songs. I think it works very well mixed with more classic sounding Di6 songs like Kameradschaft.

It's funny that when a new Merzbow reissue comes out, you find that one of the tracks is replaced by a new track solely because a previous girlfriend is featured on it. Like the recent "Mercurated" on Urashima. However, when you look it up on Spotify, you can find the entire original album.
By funny, I mean laughable and stupid.
He and Douglas Pearce (due to his erasure of David Tibet from all Death in June reissues) should form a club.

In my opinion, David Tibet's lyrics on "Bloodstreamruns" are among his absolute best. It's a mesmerizing track, and the same can be said for most of the content on this album.
