That reminds me of ANY city or town pier at night. Easy* to drive off the side if there are no tall barriers.

* when leaving a bar that is always near the pier. I guess bars and piers (sailors) are common all over the world. I know in NYC and LA they are.

And to many folks from 1935 to 1958 (and from TV reruns) many folks saw the comedy in being a #deadendkids

The Dead End Kids, a group of young actors from New York City who appeared in the 1935 play, Dead End.
#SamuelGoldwyn brought them to #Hollywood in 1937 to make movies.
They continued to make many movies to 1958 as Little Tough Guys, East Side Kids, #BoweryBoys
