The last summer at the apartment raised bed garden. I’ve already transplanted the black raspberries to the new house, and I didn’t plant anything new here for the short time we’ll still be here.

The #Daylily du jour is again an assortment of the same 3 varietals, so I apologize for being so repetitive.

There are 5 plants in one bed and 7 in the other that look ready to open, so hoping we get to see a bloom before the deer find them again, like last year.

These lovely yellow daylilies were blooming along my walk today in front of the Sitting Duck Tavern in Trumbull, CT. So bright and beautiful.

Our flowers this year have been very hit-and-miss. I somehow missed this orange daylily opening, and it looks like a couple others near it had already come and gone.
