Und es gibt „Airplane!“ Was David Zucker, Jim Abrahams und Jerry Zucker hier 1980 veranstaltet haben, war kein freundliches, harmloses Parodieren für ein Teenagerpublikum. Es war ein Frontalangriff auf Autorität, Pathos und die sakrale Aura eines Flugzeug-Cockpits. Spoiler: Absolut alles ist immer auch Bühne. Und niemand unter den Anwesenden verlässt den Film unversehrt. Mich hat er für ein ganzes Leben deformiert. Ich habe es genossen! (ARD, Wh.)
