So I guess one cannot alter the delivery of a #PostNL parcel anymore without making an account. So now we have to agree to their terms as well as store our personal data longer than needed for delivery just for such a basic functionality. That seems highly unnecessary.
Wanted to complain, because I don't want an account. But that's only possible if it relates to a specific parcel. So I just mailed their #dataprotectionofficer. Let's see what he has to say 🙃
