quietsnailHad a great walk this morning in Dartmoor National Park (Devon, UK) going over North Teign river, up to Kestor Rocks and Scorhill Stone Circle (neolithic). It was so sunny I put on sun cream, then got drenched under a strong shower while going up the hill, dried in the wind only to get drenched again later. Saw some wild poneys with a foal ! The walk was 7.5km with 250m of climb. #dartmoor #hiking

Caspar_HughesI decided, after watching Ven Helsing, Camping on Dartmoor under the full moon was a good idea.
I like camping in stone circles & the nearest to me is called Nine Maidens, near Okehampton. A car free option that has become available now Oke train station has reopened.
It was wet, windy, beautiful & a little challenging in places. But I set my intentions for the next month under a cloud covered strawberry full moon.
I wasn't eaten by werewolves.
