Every year, Ireland walks for 5K in the early morning to meet the sunrise. As we help fund #PietaHouse & raise awareness of suicide prevention & mental health. This was my first time completing it & I am so proud of myself.πŸ•―οΈ#DarknessIntoLight #DIL2023 #DarknessIntoLight2023 πŸ•―οΈ
