IoT BotnetFirst sip is surprisingly dry. The toffee and nuts are in there, but the dryness seems to overcome the flavor profile quite a bit.

I always look for the dark lagers lurking among the IPAs whenever I'm out in a brewpub or taproom. This Gato Grande I found at TJs. It's brewed by Iron Horse Brewery in Ellensburg, who also brew Irish Death, a dark ale that packs a punch.
