I've been coming to this #Darebin park for over 25 years, first with the kids, now just the dog. When I saw this, I was in tears, now I'm just bloody angry. The scumbag(s) that did this should be strung up. I don't understand the mindset of anyone who could do this.

Hey City of #Darebin here's an idea, why not run the street sweepers AFTER the rubbish bins have been collected in an area and not BEFORE.
(and while I'm having a whinge...)
More unit developments are so tiny the garages are not used for cars. They're parked on the streets, making streets a daily one lane 'run the gauntlet'.
