Iβve been observing human behavior lately and noticed a fascinating pattern. Many older men and women would gladly take advice from their fellow elders or even listen to a very young child before they ever consider taking advice from a youth (young adult).
It's like youth are caught in a blind spotβtoo young to have "lived experience" in the eyes of elders but too old to have the pure innocence of a child.
Why do you think older generations find it so hard to take advice from youth? Is it a matter of respect, ego, or a generation gap? Letβs talk below! π§ π
Boosts are welcome for a wider reach. π
