#ItsOkayToNotBeOkay is a pretty fabulous drama on a number of levels. It's slightly less serious about the mental health aspects than a show like #DailyDoseOfSunshine but the ML works in a psychiatric unit and is a caregiver for his brother who has relatively severe autism. The references to fairy tales and the wardrobe and sets are all pretty fabulous. I cry easily and don't recall that being a big issue for me with this show.

A too-nice nurse transfers to the psychiatric unit. She has a lot to learn about psychiatry & herself. She meets a dr. who admires her kindness & then finds herself in a love triangle with him & her oldest friend.
The acting is outstanding, as is the creative cinematography used to portray feelings of mental illness. The very minimal romances are done well. Various mental health problems & their effects on patients & caregivers are the central story. Some illnesses are shown via the patients & some via the hospital staff.
While the portrayal of mental health has made progress in S.K., the solutions & perceived reasons for the problems have not come very far. The "fixes" seemed too easy, but that was expected in this format. Overall, a well-done, emotional story that tries to shed light on problems.

Ep4 of #DailyDoseOfSunshine has the most beautiful scenes depicting panic disorder! Very helpful for understanding it. I really wanted to go teach better restraint procedures to the medical staff, though!!

If it is 2023 then I would say #SongHyeKyo from #TheGlory. Hands down.
Overall my top fave and despite my thoughts on the drama #dailydoseofsunshine, #ParkBoYoung. She is always a joy to watch.
#GongHyoJin always brings in a good performance too as does #KimSunYoung who was last seen in #mylovelyliar.
Lastly I enjoy the acting of the drama mother to all #KimMiKyung.

I can't REALLY pick my favourite but I'll go with Park Bo Young, who I especially loved in #DoomAtYourService. I also enjoyed her a lot in #DailyDoseOfSunshine. I didn't really like Strong Woman Do Bong Soon but her performance was very good.
