On page 106 in the "Superpower Manual" is advice from from Ruth Krauss and an illustration by Maurice Sendak. While the manual notes one should listen to a stream, you can also try listening to butterflies or cars going by. Even a fan in the evening can provide closed eyes a space to chill and relax.
