@denny I think patients fear retribution that will harm their future treatment, so we rarely complain, even about obvious stupidity like bike parking that says you need a blue badge to use it.

The #Norfolk Parking Standards require the #cycleparking racks to be nearer the door than regular car spaces, not dumped on the far side by a substation, and for foot/cycle access to have priority over cars.
