A few possibilities:
1. Some random signed up with my email. Could be, but again, my email is very unique. It cannot be a mistake. I could see if I had the same last name and it was a typo, like Smith and CSmith.
2. This app is own by LabCorp- a huge lab provider service. I did have many exams done at LabCorp recently. Turns out this app says this person is 7 weeks That lines up with the timing of my exams 3 weeks ago!
