Five Chiffchaffs singing along the #cuckootrail this morning. Green Woodpeckers yaffling from either side. Yesterday three Ravens flew through, loud and low. #Sussex #birding

Firecrest along the #CuckooTrail in Hailsham again this morning, probably two birds; a Stock Dove calling nearby, Great Spotted Woodpecker drumming and an upside-down Treecreeper. Pre-Spring is the greatest time.

In song under grey skies today: Goldcrest, Treecreeper, Stock Dove and Green Woodpecker. A Grey Wagtail by the pond. Jays and Long-tailed Tits in the scrappy woodland. #Hailsham #Sussex #birding #CuckooTrail
