3) Directly from company websites

Even with all this - Amazon is often the cheapest & easiest alternative for many... good luck with convincing people to not shop there.
C. LambethIt sounded pretty good after that, but I'd just like to remind everyone that you don't need to go to a car audio shop and get raked over by their greedy little tricks. Go to a place like Crutchfield.com and talk to their sales people. They will send you all the installation gear and manuals you need to put good equipment in your own car for free.
And no, I don't work for them or get any kickbacks for promoting them. But I have been using them for decades. #Crutchfield is legit.
