When I did a batch though, a whole lot went sideways.
It's almost like when there's slight load (or maybe the lookup times out), the https://qlever.scholia.wiki/doi/ doesn't return 503, but defaults to 'doi doesn't exist in wikidata so lets pull the metadata from #crossref and create a spurious duplicate item.'
Will look into in more once I've manually checked each of these 7000 items for uniqueness...
