On the Eurostar from London to Amsterdam. For some reason the organisation I book my tickets with forgets to pass my meal preference on to Eurostar, Eurostar also doesn't allow me to set my meal preference in my passenger profile on the app. They do want to share my data with their thousands of partners, who, I'm assured, respect my privacy
Simon Maarfield over on Bluesky has pointed out an alternative, if somewhat long-winded, route from Spain to Porto, crossing by bus from Salamanca to Vilar Formoso (or straight through to Porto).
