I finished my mega cushion the other night. I love the colourful side and I guess the more muted side is a nice contrast, but I think I'm erring on the side of more colour at the moment! More, more, more....

A wee update on my mega cushion project... both sides are joined and edging is in process! The grey/yellow white side are squares I made years ago for it and then got distracted. I started the colourful side just before my surgery and ran out of dark grey, so the edge is popping! I love it actually, maybe my taste is changing. 🧐😁

There is nothing like crochet for recovery... it can be done lounging, protecting the wound, takes little movement and energy, and is very therapeutic in itself. Apart from that straying from my usual colours was very satisfying and I love the result! The last photo is of squares I made years ago that will be one side of a cushion, the new ones the other side. The pattern is my Small Flower Wheel Coaster Square.
