Si è scagliato contro la moglie e ha minacciato i carabinieri con calci e pugni: ad Alessandria un uomo di 34 anni è stato arrestato in flagranza di reato con le accuse di maltrattamenti in famiglia, lesioni aggravate e resistenza a pubblico ufficiale. Secondo quanto ricostruito, il 34enne ha portato avanti episodi di violenza domestica fin dal 2021.
L’intervento è scattato martedì mattina, quando è stata inviata una pattuglia in un condominio del quartiere Cristo: la segnalazione è arrivata dai vicini, allertati dalle urla di una violenta lite. Giunti al quarto piano dello stabile, i carabinieri sono stati accolti da una donna in stato di forte agitazione. La causa era il marito, già noto alle forze dell’ordine e con un atteggiamento ostile e non collaborativo: oltre a essersi scagliato sulla moglie, il 34enne ha minacciato i carabinieri con calci e pugni, continuando a dare in escandescenze anche dopo essere stato condotto nell’auto di servizio.
Dai colloqui è emerso che l’aggressione della moglie era legata alla gestione dei due figli, entrambi minorenni e entrambi presenti al momento della lite. Secondo quanto raccontato dalla donna – che ha riportato lesioni alla schiena – l’uomo fin dal 2021 è stato protagonista di diversi episodi di violenza domestica, mai denunciati per timore di ritorsioni. Pertanto, dopo la querela, è stato attivato il protocollo del Codice Rosso.
Inoltre, constatate le precarie condizioni igienico-sanitarie dell’appartamento, i figli sono stati affidati ai servizi sociali su disposizione della Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale per i Minorenni. Il 34enne invece è stato trasferito presso la Casa Circondariale “Cantiello e Gaeta”.

The cause was her husband, already known to law enforcement and with an hostile and uncooperative attitude: in addition to attacking his wife, the 34-year-old threatened the carabinieri with kicks and punches, continuing to escalate the situation even after being taken to the service car.

From the interviews, it emerged that the wife’s attack was linked to the management of the two children, both minors and both present at the time of the dispute. According to the woman – who sustained injuries to her back – the man had been the protagonist of several episodes of domestic violence since 2021, never reported for fear of retaliation. Therefore, after the complaint, the Red Code protocol was activated.

Furthermore, noting the precarious hygienic-sanitary conditions of the apartment, the children were entrusted to social services at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court. The 34-year-old was instead transferred to the “Cantiello e Gaeta” Prison.
