Paul, for example, is allowed to state the brilliance of our Founders in establishing the Electoral College so as to not allow coastal elites to determine the president just because they are more numerous than those who reside in the Heartland.

Of course, at the time of the Founders, there was just one coast, and pretty much nothing else.
