Such a daring film. Vicky Krieps owning every inch of every screen appearance. (also executive producer) Wonderfully filmed, the outdoors ànd indoor scenes. A bit of sarcasm throughout the film, which is very refreshing compared to the average 'costume' drama. Deserved every award is received. Just to name one: Cannes 2022 Winner Un Certain Regard - Best Performance by Vicky Krieps. Very decent acting by all, including Rosa Hajjaj, her daughter in Corsage.
