We hosted 51 travel partners, and 225 agents. With sales north of $65 million and the growth of our agent network reaching 2,000+, it was time to make succession a priority. After opening the Coronet Express (a real chairlift) on Thursday, Coronet Peak has just closed the mountain until further notice with an astonishingly honest ski report.

"We have experienced a thaw all week with this inversion and the skiing and riding is now better described as agricultural."

Treble Cone has delayed its planned opening today. The Remarks and Cardrona are struggling on. There's not much snow weather on the horizon. Blame El Nino.
